I have seen some people with ugly white spots on their teeth after they get their braces off. How can I prevent that from happening?

You get white spots on your teeth from not brushing your teeth well. You can prevent that by making sure you brush your teeth well. You can also rinse with fluoride mouthrinses.

i think fluoride is the key... we should prevent the demineralization of enamel!!
